Because North Arlen operates on a conscious print-on-demand model with Printful fulfillment, each piece is individually crafted, decorated, and inspected before being sent to you.

Order Tracking
You will receive automated email notifications at two milestones:
- Order Confirmation: Sent immediately upon completing your purchase with your itemized receipt.
- Dispatch Notification: Sent the moment your parcel leaves our fulfillment center, containing your direct tracking link (USPS, FedEx, or DHL).
30-Day Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to feel completely confident in your North Arlen wardrobe. If your garment doesn't fit the way you hoped or doesn't meet expectations, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of receipt.
Return Guidelines
- Garments must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with internal tags attached.
- Size exchanges are complimentary—we will provide a prepaid return label and ship your corrected size.
- Refunds are credited back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of receipt at our returns facility.
Damaged, Defective, or Misprinted Items
While every piece undergoes rigorous quality control before shipping, production anomalies can occasionally happen. If any item arrives with a defect, improper print, or transit damage:
Email us within 14 days of delivery at hello@northarlen.com with your order number and a quick photo of the issue. We will dispatch an immediate replacement at zero cost to you.
